Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a complex pattern by a method in which a fiber-containing thermoplastic resin laminate in which colors of respective layers are different is embossed from the side of a scheduled surface to form unevenness on the surface, and the laminate having unevenness on the scheduled surface is rolled. SOLUTION: A fiber-containing thermoplastic resin laminate having two or more layers in which the colors of respective layers are different is embossed from the side of a scheduled surface or a part of the surface is cut off so that unevenness is formed on the scheduled surface side. Next, in a process of plucking-off rolling, a completely novel pattern is formed. In this rolling of the laminate, there is certain difference in the way of plucking off the surface and lower layers between a part in which unevenness or embossment is formed and a part in which no unevenness is formed. As a result, the degree of mixing is different between the surface layer and the lower layer, and the incomplete kneading is expressed on the surface as a complex kneading pattern.
