Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a solid-liquid separation filter which hardly becomes dirty and is worked into an endless state, to continuously and effectively perform the dehydration and conveyance of material to be dehydrated, and also to more reduce the water content of a material to be dehydrated. SOLUTION: This continuous press dehydrator is provided with a press part 2 for pressing wet material to be dehydrated 1 to dehydrate it and a material to be dehydrated conveying part 3. In the conveying part 3, an endless filter belt 4 for mounting the material to be dehydrated 1 thereon to convey it and for performing solid-liquid separation is installed. This filter belt 4 is provided with water non-holding layer 6 and a water holding layer 7 at least on the surface side and on the rear side thereof respectively.
