Multiple stages of vertical scanning circuits 203 and multiple stages of horizontal scanning circuits 205 are arranged in light reception regions 202 between light reception regions 201. The light reception regions 202 of regions where the multiple stages of vertical scanning circuits 203 and multiple stages of horizontal scanning circuits 205 cross are divided into two, and the circuit is divided into a vertical scanning circuit 203-3 and a horizontal scanning circuit 205-2. Since the wiring layers of the multiple stages of vertical scanning circuits and the multiple stages of horizontal scanning circuits differ, even in the region where the multiple stages of vertical scanning circuits and the multiple stages of horizontal scanning circuits cross, the wiring lengths of the respective wiring layers do not differ.
