PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a production schedule, to alter design specification, and further to reflect distribution information in real time by providing an expansion condition updating means which updates expansion constitution information according to original constitution information having been updated. SOLUTION: An expansion constitution updating process 703a is a process executed by the expansion constitution updating means 703a, constituting article number information 604 is updated in the expansion constitution updating process 703, and expansion constitution information 605 is updated according to the original constitution information (component information 601, component table information 602, and application information 603). The update result is reflected on constituting article number information 604. The constituting article number information 604 is displayed on the display screen of a client machine 200 by an original constitution information updating means and an operator is able to confirm whether or not the expansion into expansion condition information is successful. The constituting article number information 604 manages the status of the expansion constitution information, records alteration contents in a message field the moment one of pieces 601 to 603 changes, and changes the status into 'unexpanded (need to be exapnded)'.
