Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to take quick and a proper countermeasure by selecting an action plan executed by a manager and executing the action plan automatically. SOLUTION: An information collection means 100 collects information from a service component, connected to a network. A service state discrimination means 200 discriminates a state of the service component, based on information acquired from the service component and discriminates the operating state of the service based on the state of the service component, and configuration information of the service required to operate the service. An action plan generating means 300 generates sequentially an action plan with a high priority of the service operation by using a countermeasure according to the service operation, based on the result of discrimination as an action plan. Then an action plan execution means 400 indicates the generated action plans in the order of higher priority to the manager, and the action plan desired to be executed is selected by the manager who then executes the action plan.
