Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of detecting supply of a large amount of hot water such as filling of a bath with hot water, etc. SOLUTION: A plurality of temperature detection means each for detecting temperature of hot water in a hot water storage tank 1 are provided at a different position in the hot water storage tank 1. The supply of a large amount of hot water is grasped to be done when temperature of the temperature detection means located more closely to the side of a hot water supply hole 4 than the foregoing temperature detection means. Further, when the supply of hot water of a large amount is grasped to be done, it is controlled that an amount of hot water to be secured in the hot water storage tank 1 is smaller than that before the supply of the large amount of hot water.
