Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a relay device shareable to be a dual service type with a simple structure of a transforming means, by outputting inputted zero-phase current directly into the transforming means in case of a zero-phase reference inputting device, and converting inputted zero-phase voltage into zero-phase current through a resistor for outputting into the transforming means in case of grounding transformer. SOLUTION: Zero-phase current inputted from a zero-phase reference inputting device is outputted directly into a transforming means 3 by a switching means 1, and zero-phase voltage inputted form a grounding transformer is converted into zero-phase current through a resistor 2 to be outputted into a transforming means 3. The transforming means 3 transforms the zero-phase current, and an outputting means 4 outputs a zero-phase voltage detecting signal based on a signals outputted by the transforming means 3. The transforming means 3 which is provided for zero-phase reference inputting device can also be used in the case of a grounding transformer, thus it is possible to permit a relay device a dual service type with a simple structure.
