To provide a strong electrolytic water generator, which can generate strong electrolytic water continuously at the flow rate equal to that of city water.
This strong electrolytic water generator 10 has an auxiliary electrolyzing agent supplying part 50 for adding an auxiliary electrolyzing agent 1 to city water to prepare an electrolytic solution. The prepared electrolytic solution is introduced into an electrolytic cell 12 provided with an ion exchange membrane 16 and a pair of electrodes 17a, 17b arranged on both sides of the ion exchange membrane 16. The introduced electrolytic solution is electrolyzed in the electrolytic cell to generate strong alkaline water and strong acidic water. At least a part of the electrolytic cell 12 opposed to the ion exchange membrane 16 is formed from a flexible film. The electrolytic cell formed thus is arranged in a main body 11 of this generator. The electrolytic solution or city water to be supplied into the electrolytic cell 12 is also supplied to the space between the electrolytic cell 12 and the main body 11 to keep the electrolytic cell 12 in the electrolytic solution or city water.
