Abstract:
To realize high-speed transfer and economical communication even through WAN (wide area network) by assigning a bandpass according to a traffic volume and controlling selecting a line.
In the communication method between LANs (local area networks) that performs communication between LANs through wide area network, when a new frame transfer is requested, traffic volume between LANs caused by the new transfer request is monitored, and the bandpass required for communication between LANs is determined base on the traffic volume, and the number of lines used for communication between LANs are increased to satisfy the determined bandpass.
