Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional sand-brushing apparatus tends to damage the lawn because the whole weight of the apparatus acts on the hairs of the brush, particularly the hair for sand-brushing cannot move and becomes impossible for the apparatus to sand-brush the lawn, when the lawn grows deeply. SOLUTION: The main frame is hung liftably to the running machine body B and the grounding wheels 10, 11 are attached to the front and the rear of the main frame so that the main frame is kept at a prescribed height. The swinging and brushing part C is disposed inside the main frame so that the brush may swing by a prescribed reciprocation distance in the transverse direction, as the point of the brush always comes into contact with the ground, while the leveling and brushing part D that the point of the brush comes into contact with the ground at the rear of the grounding wheel 11 of the main frame. In this case, the brushes each at the swing-brushing part C and the level-brushing part D are energized with press-springs 33, 42 so that the grounding pressure may be adjustable freely and the brush of the swing-brushing part C is made point-position-adjustable freely.
