Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly clean the entire surface by flowing down a cleaning liquid uniformly and stably over the entire surface of a filter. SOLUTION: A cleaning liquid conduit 24 is mounted along an upper edge of a filter 11, and a plurality cleaning liquid supply holes 32 are formed having a cylindrical drain part 33 in a bottom of the cleaning liquid conduit 24. Hereby, the cleaning liquid from each cleaning liquid supply hole 32 correctly falls down as a stripe of flow so that the cleaning liquid flows down uniformly and safely along the whole surface of the filter 11 to clean the entire surface uniformly.
