Abstract:
The invention relates to an inclination sensor (50) with an optical radiation source (6), an inclination surface (10) directed according to the force of gravity on which the radiation from the source (6) impinges at an inclination-dependent angle and with a local-resolution electro-optical detector (7). Optical components (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) for imaging the radiation source (6) on the detector (7) are monolithically integrated on a basic body (1). Owing to the monolithic integration of the optical components (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b), the inclination sensor (50) can be miniaturised, resulting in low production costs, light weight and small bulk. The optical components (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) may be reflective, refractive and diffractive. They can also be structured in such a way that they provide the detector (7) with a defined intensity model and thus increase the accuracy of measurement and the angular measurement range of the inclination sensor.
