The plastic recycling apparatus 1 comprises producing recycled plastic using plastic wastes containing an insoluble substance as a material. The apparatus is provided with a heating part 3 for heating the material and a crushing part 5 for finely crushing the insoluble substance contained in the material heated and melted by the heating part 3.
