To minimize thermal load by preventing frosting on a unit cooler as a heat exchanger from being caused by infiltration of moisture in the outside into a refrigerating/freezing chamber, preventing long time decrease of the refrigerating capacity, suppressing infiltrating air amount, or the like, and to increase refrigerating/freezing efficiency by adding a product to freezing caloric value.
This refrigerating/freezing equipment has a dry air cooling unit P for feeding dry air into the refrigerating/freezing chamber 1 from inlets disposed in the center and the transportation ports 1A and 1B in the refrigerating/freezing chamber 1 so as to keep a dehumidifying state from the center to the transportation ports 1A and 1B in the refrigerating/freezing chamber 1 having a freezing unit R. The dry air cooling unit P refrigerates cooling air while keeping the drying state with an unheating drying unit 22 for drying compressed air in an unheated state and a heat exchanger 23 connected to the freezing unit 21, and feeds dry cooling air into the refrigerating/freezing chamber 1 from the inlets disposed in the refrigerating/freezing chamber 1.
