To suppress occurrence of a soft-egg disease and generation and proliferation of an aquatic microorganism parasitic on marine organisms even when water supply amount to a hatching tank is small.
In a hatching-inducing derive, an underwater moving body 1 moving at nearly constant speed is provided in the interior of the hatching tank B in which many seed eggs C are stored in piled up state and all seed eggs C in the hatching tank B are forcibly moved and relative position of these seed eggs C is rearranged by movement of the underwater moving body 1 to form a water supply passage W between these seed eggs C. As a result, fresh water is supplied through each water supply passage W to each egg C and good eggs are separated from dead eggs and the aquatic microorganism C1 parasitic on marine organisms proliferated in fungal state is cut off, that is, transfer of the aquatic microorganism C1 is suppressed.
