An acquisition means to acquire from the first storage medium the keyword candidate list corresponding to a plurality of selection candidates capable of being utilized as a search keyword of an information file stored in a first storage medium is provided. The keyword candidate list acquired from the first storage medium by the acquisition means is stored in a second storage medium as the keyword candidate list corresponding to the plurality of selection candidates capable of being utilized as the search keyword of the information file of the second storage medium.
