Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for fermented soybeans wherein in a maturing process for stored soybeans, sufficient air permeability can be obtd. while foreign matters are prevented from being mixed from the outside and at the final distribution stage, sure airtightness can be obtd. and it is possible to surely prevent the foreign matters from being mixed from the outside and water content from being unnecessarily evaporated and which has a simple structure and can be inexpensively prepd. SOLUTION: The titled container consists of a container body 2 wherein an annular inclined wall 6 being inclined and elevated outward from the top end edge of the peripheral wall 5 is extended and a flange 7 is extended outward from the outer peripheral edge of the inclined wall, and a lid plate 3 provided with a primary seal part 8 the peripheral edge part of which is fixed by fusion on the top face of the flange and a secondary seal part 9 being fixed by fusion on the top face of the inclined wall 6 after the stored beans are matured. A through-hole 11 for breathing which is enclosed after this seal part is fixed by fusion is provided.
