Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of abnormal sound caused by the minute vibration of a needle and a valve rod, and besides, to lessen the hysteresis in a minute valve open range. SOLUTION: A needle 43 is so positioned as to be eccentric from the center axis of a valve rod 46 in valve open condition, and is fixed to a supporting member 44, so the valve rod 46 is pushed against the inside periphery wall face of a hole 51a by moment. Accordingly, the sliding resistance at working of the valve rod 46 increases, and the valve rod 46 ceases to follow instantaneous pressure ripple, and the occurrence of abnormal sound can be prevented. On the other hand, in a minute valve open range, the needle 43 comes close to the center axis of the valve rod 46, being guided by the valve seat face 45, so the moment to the valve rod 46 becomes small. Moreover, the force of pushing the valve rod 46 aslant to the center axis hardly occurs, either. Accordingly, the sliding resistance of the valve rod 46 in the minute valve open range becomes small, and the hysteresis in the minute valve open range can be lessened.
