To input an operation command for a specimen measurement to a measuring device from a data processor in a specimen measuring apparatus which is constituted of the measuring device and the data processor.

The specimen measuring apparatus is provided with the measuring device composed of an operation mechanism part which performs a measuring operation of a specimen according to the operation command for the specimen measurement, a measuring part which obtains measured data by performing the specimen measurement by the operation of the operation mechanism part and an input/output interface by which the measured data obtained by the measuring part is transmitted to a network; and the data processor composed of an input/output interface which obtains the measured data via the network from the measuring device, a measured-data computing part which receives the measured data from the input/output interface and which computes the measured data and an output part which outputs a computed result obtained by the measured-data computing part. The specimen measuring apparatus is constituted in such a way that an input part to which the operation command for the specimen measurement is input is installed at the data processor and that the operation command to be input to the input part is sent to the operation mechanism part in the measuring device via the input/output interface in the data processor and via the input/output interface in the measuring device.
