To make it possible for a communication terminal to access arbitrary two or more IP service networks.
The network system is provided with an AP 2 connected to a communication terminal 1 in compliance with IPv6; a router 5 connected to an IP service network 4 in compliance with IPv6; and an access certification information management unit 7 for managing the correlation between Prefix information of IP service network 4 and a plurality of VLAN identifiers, in relation to one user ID for distinguishing the user identification information of each user ID, which identifies each communication terminal 1 uniquely, from an export data frame exported to the desired IP service network 4 to be connected. When the user is certified, a plurality of VLAN identifiers allotted to the user are registered in the AP 2 with a correlation to the IP address at the communication terminal 1. When the IP address of export data frame from the communication terminal 1 is detected, the corresponding VLAN identifier is written in the export data frame and exported to the IP service network 4.
