SOLUTION: This compound is expressed by general formula (1-A), and this electroluminescent element uses the compound. In the formula, X1-X20 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight-chain, branch or cyclic alkyl group, a straight-chain, branch or cyclic alkoxy group or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.
