Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide rotating electrical components, the assembling work of which can be carried out easily with accuracy, without using high-accuracy positioning jigs by contriving the shape of the rotating body. CONSTITUTION: The rotating electrical components are provided with an operating shaft 12 rotatably journaled by a fixing member 5 and the rotating body 8, which is attached to the shaft 12 and outputs electrical signals while the body 8 rotates, together with the shaft 12. The operation shaft 12 has a small- diameter section 12a, formed at its rear end and a large-diameter section 12b, which is positioned on the front side of the section 12a and has a diameter larger than that of the section 12a. The rotating body 8 has a small-diameter hole 8f, made on its rear end side and a large-diameter hole 8e which is positioned on the front side of the hole 8f communicatingly with the hole 8f and has a diameter larger than that of the hole 8f. The rotating body 8 is attached to the operation shaft 12 by inserting the small-diameter section 12a of the shaft 12 into the small-diameter hole 8f of the rotating body 8 through the large-diameter hole 8e of the body 8, and at the same time, by press- contacting the large-diameter section 12b with the large-diameter hole 8e.
