Abstract:
To provide a hot water supply apparatus including a motor-driven flow control valve 6 having a function of varying the quantity of water passed to a heat exchanger 4 for hot water supply and a water stop function, overcoming the water stop failure due to bite-in of a foreign matter when the flow control valve 6 is closed to stop water.
When a water stop failure is caused, the flow control valve 6 is once opened and again closed, whereby the foreign matter is removed by the opening and closing operation to overcome water stop failure.
