Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound signal recorder capable of recording a multiplex mode information of a sound signal and recording the sound signal in a format that can be reproduced by a sound signal reproducing device which does not refer to the multiplex mode information on a recording medium. SOLUTION: A multiplex mode discriminating part 2 discriminates a multiplex mode from a multiplex sound signal and prepares multiplex mode information. Otherwise, a multiplex mode information inputting part inputs multiplex mode information from the outside apart from the multiplex sound signal. A recording part 6 makes a sound signal for recording from a sound signal for recording generating part 5 to be a sound signal for recording file 8 and on the other hand, makes the multiplex mode information to be a multiplex mode information file 9 apart from the file 8. The recording part 6 records both the files on a DVD-R 7.
