To provide an air bag door structure capable of being safely broken without exposing a to-be-broken part on a surface of an interior material.
The to-be-broken part 211 of an instrument panel 20 by inflation of the air bag 50 is formed by a notch 212 provided on a back surface of the instrument panel 20 toward a surface of the instrument panel 20 with a depth not communicated with the surface. An upper surface of an air bag case 30 having a door opened by inflation of the air bag 50 and a back surface including the to-be-broken part 211 of the instrument panel 20 are connected by vibration welding. A relaxing part 322 of an approximately semi-circular cross section curved to a direction parting from the back surface of the instrument panel 20 is formed on a hinge part 321 of the air bag case 30. A projection part 323 projecting toward the back surface of the instrument panel 20 is provided on a surface of the relaxing part 322 opposed to the instrument panel 20.
