To provide a high-rise fishing bank installed in a relatively deep position of water depth and having excellent gathering effects on fishes.
There are provided an upper structure having at least one layer of a plane comprising a planar member arranged therein and a lower structure having an inner space packable with stones. Furthermore, a three-dimensional structure made of steel in which the upper structure and the lower structure are connected so as to form a drum shape is provided. The planar member is preferably made of steelmaking slag as a raw material. An interlayer fishing bank body regulating the height thereof according to the installation water depth is added to the upper structure of the three-dimensional structure made of the steel.
