Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for managing the work process of a problem solving type task for allowing a plurality of departments in charge of special fields to perform their works in their own special fields in order to solve one problem. SOLUTION: Worked result information inputted from a department in charge of a special field is analyzed, and when the worked result is finished, the worked result information is transmitted to a request origin department of the work, and when the worked result requests the work of the next request destination department in charge of a special field, the next request destination department is specified, and both the worked result information and the next work request information are transmitted, and the result is grasped by measuring the department consuming time related with those information.
