To provide a treatment apparatus with high practical use by resolving problems in conventional freezing and thawing treatment apparatus wherein, while raw sludge is condensed in advance and subjected to freezing and thawing treatment, transfer of the condensed sludge or uniform filling in heat exchangers in a freezing and thawing tank are difficult due to low fluidity of the condensed sludge, sludge can be condensed only to an extent of having fluidity in an actual use, power consumption cannot be sufficiently reduced, and the freezing and thawing apparatus is expensive formed by combining several devices including a dewatering device of sludge after thawing treatment.
The freezing and thawing treatment apparatus is integrally provided with a raw sludge feeding means, a sludge storing means performing freezing and thawing treatment, a heat transfer means, a sludge condensing means, a filtrate discharging means, and a dewatered sludge discharging means, whereby reducing power consumption and facility cost.
