To provide a parallel processing system that easily embodies enhancement of failure resistance and execution of simultaneous processing for a plurality of processes using a broadcast communication.

A management server 3 asks and responses a data communication between a process terminal 7 and the management server 3 through a broadcast communication 19. A communication management server 4 monitors the data that flows between the management server 3 and the process terminal 7 through the broadcast communication 19. A process terminal 7-1 sends a state data 41 of 'no use' through the broadcast communication. The communication management server 3 reads the state data 41 of 'no use', selects a process assurance terminal 10-1 that is feasible for processing, and changes an assignment for a process A from the process terminal 7-1 to the process assurance terminal 10-1.
