Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wiring resistance in a positive electrode and to prevent the deterioration of transmissivity. SOLUTION: It is an organic electroluminescence element, which consists of at least a 1st electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a 2nd electrode, which are laminated one by one at least on a substrate of optically permeable nature. The 1st electrode is constituted with a laminated transparent electric conduction film, especially with a crystal nature transparent electric conduction film, and the amorphous transparent electric conduction film. The laminated transparent electric conduction film is processed by baking, after forming the film, and the crystal nature transparent electric conduction film is crystallized. The amorphous transparent electric conduction film consists of an amorphous oxide which uses for example, indium (In), zinc (Zn), and oxygen (O) as a composition element. The crystal nature transparent electric conduction film consists of indium oxide tin.
