Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device which can reset an exact parameter value when the parameter value is changed at timing having possibility that the parameter is changed. SOLUTION: A central control unit existing in a remote place sets the parameter value. The monitoring device is provided with a parameter setting part which can directly change the parameter value that is set and a control part detecting possibility that the parameter value which is set in the parameter setting part is changed and informing the central control unit of the setting situation of the parameter setting part.
