To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a fin for heat exchangers with which the height of a collar is easily changeable without changing parts such as a punch when forming a projected piece which is formed on the peripheral edge of a pierced hole which is pierced on a metallic plate by burring work into the collar having prescribed height by performing ironing or the like.

Ascending and descending means 54a, 54b for elevating and lowering the taper punch 10 in the vertical direction are provided so that the entering amount of the nose part of the taper punch 10 which enters the inside of the taper die 20 is adjusted when the die closing of the upper die B and the lower die A is ended on the lower die A on which the taper punch 10 is provided.
