Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery control device high in reliability, capable of informing a maintenance operator of troubles of respective storage batteries and abnormalities of voltage of a battery set after reliably detecting them without work of the maintenance operator, capable of informing him of the lives of respective batteries after reliably deciding them without the work of the maintenance operator, and capable of automatically controlling the storage batteries with high reliability. SOLUTION: Voltages of storage batteries Sa, Sb,..., Sn are detected, and the total voltage of a battery set 10 is detected. Troubles of respective storage batteries are detected according to the voltages of the storage batteries Sa, Sb,..., Sn. Abnormalities in the voltage of the battery set 10 is detected according to the total voltage. Moreover, the temperatures of the storage batteries Sa, Sb,..., Sn are detected, and the lives of respective storage batteries are decided according to the detected temperatures. Therefore, the detected results of troubles, abnormalities of voltage and the decision on lifetimes are informed.
