To provide an electrochemical reaction control method that is capable of decomposing and removing a substance dissolved in waste water to clean, and of inexpensively and efficiently extracting the substance from the solution comprising various types of electrolytes and to provide an electrochemical reactor.
The electrochemical reactor has a reaction tank 1 that stores a solution to be treated, an anode component 4 and a cathode component 3 which are installed in the reaction tank 1 and a function generator 5 that generates an electric signal formed by superimposes a positive pulse high voltage component and a direct current positive voltage component. The electrochemical reaction method controls the electrochemical reaction of the treatment liquid 2 by applying the electric signal amplified by an electric amplifier 6 between the anode component 4 and the cathode component 3.
