Abstract:
The present invention provides a detachable mat for supporting a handle or an elbow that can be easily mounted on a favorable location chosen by a user. The elbow mat (10) has a body part (1) formed of an elastic rubber. The body part (1) is formed with: a through hole (2) extended in the axial direction and forming a recess part together with a part separated from the through hole. The elasticity of the body part (1) is used to freely and detachably mount the rod body (100) on the recess part.
