Abstract:
An illumination device of dielectric barrier discharge lamp tube is disclosed, which can uniformize the amount of irradiation of the work-piece in the situation when the tube axis of the ultraviolet-irradiated work-piece moves relatively in the orthogonal direction. The dielectric barrier discharge lamp (EXF) comprises: plural dielectric barrier discharge lamps (EXL), each EXL having: a narrow and long tube-like gas-tight container (1) formed of ultraviolet transmission material; an inner electrode (2) installed along the axial direction in the air-tight container and supplied with the power from the power-supplying end; an excitation generation gas sealed in the air-tight container (1); and an outer electrode (OE) running in cooperation with the inner electrode (2) to generate dielectric barrier discharge in the light-emitting tube, wherein the plural discharge barrier lamps (EXL) are installed oppositely and adjacent to the power-supplying end of the inner electrode (2) and arranged in a row.
