To provide an image processing device, an image processing program, and an image processing method which can prevent unnecessary deterioration by noise in the image processing.

In the image processing device which at least does a white balance adjustment and an emphasis process, it provides a light source acquisition means which acquires light source properties when target images of the processing are generated; and a coefficient determination means which determines relatively a white balance coefficient used for the white balance adjustment, and an emphasis processing coefficient used of the emphasis processing according to the light source properties acquired by a light source properties acquisition means. The device performs the white balance adjustment using the white balance coefficient, and the emphasis process using the emphasis processing coefficient determined by the coefficient determination means.
