Abstract:
A portable device (120, 40) that resists deformation caused by an external force while remaining water resistant. The portable device includes a case (22), which is made of a flexible material. A battery compartment (22b) is formed in the case. A separable portion (33) is arranged in the part of the case corresponding to the battery compartment. Part of the case is bent to open the separable portion and expose the battery compartment from the case.
