Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a wheel chair into a room of a small car or the like by vertically moving a carrier means for putting the wheel chair at the outside of the room while supporting the carrier means by a link means, and by providing a rail means for horizontally moving the carrier means from the outside of the room to the inside thereof or conversely between the link means and the carrier means. SOLUTION: A folded wheel chair 21 is loaded in such a way that wheel sections 22a are loaded on main carrier frames 20a and leading wheel sections 22b are loaded on sub carrier frames 20b. When the wheel chair 21 is lifted down from a vehicle to the outside, a slide lock lever is rotated and a lock is released after taking out a tip of a slide lock shaft from a slide lock hole. A slide rail type moveable frame 17 that becomes free thereby is moved backward and the wheel chair 21 is taken out of the outside of the vehicle. In this state a lift frame 10 is lifted down by holding the carrier frames 20 or the like and rotating at a center of proximal ends of an upper arm 6 and a lower arm 7, and the wheel chair 21 is lifted down to a road surface or the like.
