To provide an aqueous dispersion type adhesive composition used for an adhesive layer of an adhesive sheet capable of exhibiting a sufficient anchoring power against a hardly adhering film.
This aqueous dispersion type adhesive composition is obtained by preparing an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer consisting mainly of a (meth) acrylic acid ester by performing an emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture consisting mainly of the (meth)acrylic acid ester and containing a silane-based monomer, and adding a silane compound having an amino group to the aqueous dispersion. The adhesive sheet is obtained by laminating the aqueous dispersion type adhesive composition as the adhesive layer on the substrate. The adhesive sheet can realize an excellent terminal peeling property and high holding property, and also exhibiting good adhesive properties by having less decrease in the anchoring power even after the preservation under a humidified atmosphere against the hardly adherent film.
