To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell module in which the manufacturing of the solar cell module and its portions for attachment is achieved substantially in one process, the processing of module reinforcing ribs is facilitated, the weight of the module is saved and the strength of the module is raised, and an area where electric power is not generated are reduced, and so on, and to provide a device for manufacturing the same.
The method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell module comprises: a step for forming at least a weatherproof surface protection film 401, a front surface side sealing resin 402, a solar cell element 403, a back surface side sealing resin 405, and a structure support 408 in this order from a light receiving surface side; a step for forming auxiliary wiring and internal wiring for taking out an electric output outside which are made of sheet-like interconnection material on the back surface of the solar cell element for establishing electrical connection; a step for integrating as one solar cell module by carrying out the thermal curing of the sealing resins while some portions of the area where electric power is not generated are bent to form reinforcing ribs 410 at least on two mutually facing sides of a perimeter of the module, wherein the thermal curing is carried out after the some portions of the area where electric power is not generated are bent in advance.
