Abstract:
To provide an unsolicited message blocking method for a message exchange system allowing a user to optionally block a message according to words and phrases in the received message.
As soon as a reception part 13 receives the message, words and phrases in the message are compared with words and phrases stored in an unsolicited word and phrase dictionary 11 provided in a terminal 10 in use. If unsolicited words and phrases are included in the message, a dialog is displayed to the user, giving the user options of whether to display contents of the message or to block the message.
