Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a problem that when a maintenance soft for en exclusive use is prepared at each firmware of a hot water supply apparatus so that maintenance and inspection of the hot water supply apparatus are practicable, it is needed that a soft to effect maintenance is installed each time. SOLUTION: A WWW server function is loaded at a hot water supply apparatus and it is enabled that access to the server through a hot water supply apparatus control part and an interface is executed. A WWW browser makes access to the server to grasp the state of the hot water supply apparatus and performs maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis.
