To prevent an inrush current from flowing into a capacitor in an inverter with a simple constitution.
A positive electrode relay 21 on a secondary battery side and a negative electrode relay 22 on the secondary battery side of a relay circuit 6 for the secondary battery are turned ON when a driving motor 1 is driven in an unillustrated controller. And at the same time, a DC/DC converter 7 is controlled so as to feed power from the secondary battery 3 to the inverter 5 by gradually increasing it. The power is fed to the driving motor 1 from a fuel cell 2 by turning ON a positive electrode relay 11 on the fuel cell side and a negative electrode relay 12 on the fuel cell side of a relay circuit 4 for the fuel cell, on the basis of a voltage value and a current value of the inverter 5 and the states such as the elapsed time after starting the power feed to the inverter 5.
