Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for inexpensively manufacturing a chemical liquid for processing of a solar cell and containing alkali carbonate and water. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a chemical liquid for processing a solar cell, the liquid of an aqueous solution containing alkali carbonate and water, and having an iron concentration of 5 ppm or less, the liquid is manufactured by reacting the aqueous solution of alkali carbonate with carbon dioxide 11 supplied in the form of air. As a result, a chemical liquid for processing a solar cell containing a small amount of heavy metal impurity and having a high purity can be manufactured.
