Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating deaerator in which rotation speed of a vessel is made variable by simple constitution, and both agitation and deaeration of material to be kneaded are performed well even when the rotation speed of the vessel is not made continuously variable. SOLUTION: An agitating deaerator 1 for performing agitation and deaeration of material to be kneaded by rotating a vessel 8 housing the material to be kneaded while revolving it has a rotation speed multistage variable mechanism (a switching shaft 24 and a switching means 50) for giving revolution force and rotation force to the vessel by driving one motor 5 and making the rotation speed variable in a multistage manner. When the rotation of the switching shaft 24 is stopped by the switching means 50, the rotation speed is turned into an agitating mode in which the rotation speed is fast, and when the switching shaft 24 is made rotatable by the switching means 50, the rotation speed is turned into a deaeration mode in which the rotation speed is slow.
