Imaged data are formed by imaging an image of an order object displayed on a television screen 32 by using a portable apparatus 46 by the customer, and is transmitted to an order processing unit 12 from the portable apparatus 46 together with order information for expressing the order content from the customer and imaging date information for expressing the imaging date. The order information processing unit 12 acquires the imaging date and image data broadcast from a television broadcasting station 22 in a time zone before and after the date from a large number of original image data stored in an HDD 26 (or an HDD 40 of the order processing unit 12) of a plurality of television broadcasting stations 22, and extracts the original image data on a picked up image by checking up with the imaged data. Print making or commodity delivery is ordered according to an order from the customer.
