To provide a tomato package sustaining freshness of a tomato owing to MA (modified atmosphere) effect and having preventing effect on mold which easily grows when seal-packaging a tomato.
This tomato package comprises packaging a tomato with a plastic film. The package has oxygen concentration of 4-18%, carbon dioxide concentration of 3-17% and relative humidity of ≥60% but <100%. The package has an intervening object between the tomato with a calyx put downward and the plastic film. The intervening object has at least one through-hole with an opening area of 1 mm
