To provide a remote controller which can be installed to an arbitrary place with thin shape, for which a power supply and wiring for the transmission/reception of a signal are unnecessary and which can respond to the addition of functions from the viewpoint of software.
One radio tag 6 is constituted of an antenna 3 which receives radio wave, a radio tag IC 4 which receives the radio wave, receives power supply and transmits data from the antenna 3 utilizing the power supply and a switch 5 which performs ON/OFF control of data transmission of the radio tag IC 4. Then, the radio tag 6 is installed on a carrier sheet 2 and covered with a protection sheet 7. The sheets 2, 7 and the radio tag 6 are extremely thin, with the thin shape as a whole and can be installed to the arbitrary place. In addition, since wiring is not necessary, it is possible to instal them in the arbitrary place.
