To easily perform construction in a comparatively short time while reducing a problem of damaging a bag body.
The approximately cylindrical bag body 1 with four shape holding hoses 2 arranged inside is used. One end side opening of the bag body 1 is closed with a fitting 7, and a hose outlet at the other end is provided with a hose holding plug 8 formed with through holes corresponding to each of four shape holding hoses 2. Each shape holding hose 2 is led outside the bag body 1 through the through hole of the hose holding plug 8. When a fluid containing solid particles such as sea bottom sediment or excavated muck is injected into the bag body 1 from an inlet 5 (an injection process), moisture in the fluid is discharged outside from the surface of the bag body 1, or enters inside from the surface of the shape holding hose 2, moves toward the hose outlet of the bag body 1 through the interior and is discharged outside the bag body 1 (a discharge process). After the lapse of a prescribed time from the injection process and the discharge process, water is fed into the shape holding hose 2 in a reverse direction to the flow of moisture in the shape holding hose 2 in the discharge process (a water feeding process). The injection/discharge process and water feeding process are repeated until the completion of dehydration.
